佛曆2484年至2485年臥佛寺(WatPho)的阿贊奴用了陣亡士兵的骨灰，增強人緣的植物(灣)，混入聖粉做了佛祖法相，崇笛法相，必打法相及七龍佛法相的'格督pee'佛牌，'格督'的泰文意思是骨，而'Pee'就是鬼的意思。
泰國士兵佩帶這種佛法配合靈異的聖物出戰，在陣上猶如打不死的戰士，甚至有一些泰國文獻記載，法國士兵形容泰軍仿如'幽靈士兵'，令不少法國士兵對這種東方的'神祕法術'不寒而顫，戰爭結束後，因怕此牌被壞人利用，寺廟進行回收並投入海裡銷燬，導致市面流通較少，'格督pee'佛牌除了擋險一流之外，有很多有佩帶的人都提升了人緣、異性緣、正財及偏財運，更有人在佩帶後發現'格督pee'佛牌有助賭運。
